| Requirements and Responsibilities For Trust Administrator II |
| Supports Trust Officers in servicing accounts and responding to customer requests. Processes sales and purchases of securities and other investment-related transactions. Maintains accurate records and prepares required documentation to ensure compliance with tax and trust-related reporting. Reviews and interprets trust agreements and documents key decisions and rationale. Responds to routine customer inquiries, schedules appointments, and delivers standard account documentation. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
