| Requirements and Responsibilities For ATM Service Technician |
| Installs, maintains, and repairs ATMs to ensure functionality. Troubleshoots problems, provides preventative maintenance, fixes component failures, updates software, and replaces parts. Installs new machines and ensures they are secure, level, and properly connected to the network. Completes all required service documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
