Requirements and Responsibilities For Benefits Clerk
Facilitates benefits enrollment and administrative processes. Prepares and processes claims, changes, enrollments, and other benefits filings. Coordinates informational sessions. Responds to inquires for information and provides forms, instructions, and other enrollment materials to employees. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
