| Requirements and Responsibilities For Lending Officer I |
| Responsible for evaluating, approving, and managing loans for an assigned market or geographic area. Develops a pipeline of customers through referrals, inquiries, and outreach. Evaluates loan applications by reviewing credit history, income statements, and conducting a risk analysis. Structures loan proposals and completes required documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. May manage a portfolio of existing loans, including reviewing financial reporting and monitoring compliance with loan terms. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
