Requirements and Responsibilities For Litigation Docket Clerk I
Tracks important legal and filing deadlines for designated clients and cases. Maintains the docketing database, recording all necessary court appearances, meetings, and deadlines. Generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and follows up with attorneys and paralegals as necessary to ensure docketing deadlines are met. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
