Requirements and Responsibilities For Photo Editor
Researches, plans, and edits photography content for an organization. Works with creators, designers, writers, and/or editors to ensure content is selected and edited in a manner cohesive with the tone, content, and objective of the project. Uses editing tools to process and retouch photos, coordinates the licensing of stock photography, and adheres to project budgets. Coordinates and adheres to a standard workflow including research, submission, content selection, editing, and publishing. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
