| Requirements and Responsibilities For Real Estate Zoning Specialist |
| Assists in providing network site identification, qualification, administration and negotiation services for zoning real estate sites. Maintains and tracks land opportunities. Communicates with holding companies, brokers, attorneys, and consultants. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
