Requirements and Responsibilities For Stock Plan Administrator III
Administers the company stock plans. Prepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process and eligibility. Prepares new hire and other stock grants and processes employee transactions to exercise options. Maintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. May give input in the development of stock award pools or guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
