| Requirements and Responsibilities For VP of Commercial Property Management |
| Oversees all operations and resources required for the management of a significant portfolio of commercial properties. Develops leasing strategy and implements capital improvement plans that maximize sales, profitability, and tenant satisfaction. Trains and manages lower-level property managers. Has significant input into acquisition strategy and is responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio. May support marketing and investor relations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
