| Leads the strategic development and expansion of the organization's Medicare product and program portfolio to drive membership growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. Directs the design of new Medicare Advantage and Part D offerings aligned with CMS regulations, market opportunity, and enterprise goals. Partners with actuarial, network, clinical, and marketing leadership to define benefit structures, bid strategy, and go-to-market plans. Establishes multi-year program roadmaps and evaluates market, regulatory, and competitive trends to inform investment decisions. Reports program performance, risks, and growth opportunities to executive leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. |
