| Requirements and Responsibilities For SVP of Dental Program Development |
| Leads the enterprise strategy and executive oversight of dental program development to drive growth, profitability, and competitive dental product offerings. Directs the design and expansion of dental benefit programs across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business. Partners with actuarial, network, and operations leadership to define benefit structures, provider network strategy, and pricing. Establishes long-term program roadmaps and evaluates market, regulatory, and competitive trends to guide investment. Oversees cross-functional execution of dental program launches and ensures operational and compliance readiness. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes/implements overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Typically requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
