| Requirements and Responsibilities For HR Business Partners Manager |
| Manages a team of HR Business Partners. Monitors the HR consultation and support provided to designated business units. Uses working knowledge of the role and the business to support, guide, and develop HR business partners. Oversees and ensures that HR strategies align with business objectives and key initiatives. Establishes procedures to analyze trends and monitor compliance. Develops workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps develop, coordinate, and implement initiatives, communication, and events between HR business partners and business leaders. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
