| Requirements and Responsibilities For Loan Workout Officer IV |
| Responsible for developing and implementing workout plans that are designed to restructure problem loans. Works closely with borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to preserve capital and maximize recovery. Analyzes financial data to restructure loan terms, secure collateral/assets, and facilitate settlements. Ensures all actions are compliant with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. Works with the largest and most complex loans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
