| Requirements and Responsibilities For Loan Workout Senior Manager |
| Directs and manages a team responsible for restructuring loans. Oversees the design and implementation of loan workout plans. Develops strategies to assist lenders and borrowers in restructuring loan terms, securing collateral/assets, and facilitating settlements. Ensures all actions are compliant with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. Provides guidance and oversight on high complexity or challenging loans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
