Requirements and Responsibilities For Retail Real Estate Representative
Administers leases and rentals for a region or division. Ensures that parties meet terms of rental agreement. Coordinates with lessor and lessee to ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
