Requirements and Responsibilities For Trader (OTC) III
Responsible for timely buying and selling in the over-the-counter market. Reviews stock orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Evaluates market volatility, carries out trades, and maintains accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops relationships with dealers to obtain optimal trade execution. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
